The Ontario Enrollment Center is located inside the International Terminal (Arrivals Only) of the Ontario Airport.
Must bring: • VALID/UNEXPIRED PASSPORT BOOK. (Passport Cards will not be accepted). • Driver's license (If your residence is different from what is listed on your driver's license, please provide PROOF OF CURRENT RESIDENCY.) • If applicable, Lawful Permanent Resident Card (with machine readable zone) • If you have ever been arrested, please bring certified court documents showing the disposition of your arrest(s) regardless of the date and outcome. (A name search document will not be accepted). If interviewing for the APEC Program, please provide proof of current business involvement with businesses located in APEC approved countries.
