Step 1: Create a TTP Account

Create a Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account at the Trusted Traveler Website

Step 2: Complete Your Application

Log in to your TTP account and complete the Global Entry application. Once approved, you'll be ready to book your interview appointment.

Step 3: Schedule Your Interview

After approval, schedule an interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center. Each applicant must schedule separately.

Step 4: Get Instant Alerts for Cancellations

Grand Portage often shows "No Appointments Available" or dates months away. TTP Appointments automatically finds last-minute cancellations and new openings, alerting you by text and email.

Good Day, Grand Portage DOES NOT conduct remote interviews..In preparation for your upcoming in-person Global Entry Interview at the Grand Portage Port of Entry, there are a few things you should know before you arrive. In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, applicants will be required to follow the subsequent guidelines.Guidelines:_________________________________________ 1) Bring your own mask to wear while on the port premises. 2) Bring your Passport, driver's license and a copy of your Global Entry Appointment. 3) Be prepared to have your temperature taken. 4) Be prepared to fill out a Health Questionnaire prior to your interview. 5) When you arrive at the Grand Portage Port Of Entry, park on the back side of the building and follow the sidewalk to the front of the building. 6) Please wait outside the front door, an Officer will approach you and provide you with instructions for the remainder of the process. 7) Applicants will be processed one at a time unless extenuating circumstances exist.Thank you for your time and your efforts in following these guidelines.
